Pennsylvania Auto Crime Investigators Association

PACIA, as it is commonly known, is an organization of professional investigators established in 1986 to foster education and cooperation between the public and private sector in the investigation of auto related crimes including auto theft and insurance fraud.

The membership of the association is comprised of law enforcement and insurance investigators who are actively involved in the investigation of auto theft and related insurance fraud. The association is incorporated as a non-profit organization in Pennsylvania.

Membership in the organization is made by the recommendation of one of the membership and approval of the board of directors.

PACIA also conducts training seminars in the area of auto theft and vehicle fraud topics for the Delaware Valley law enforcement community.
